From 29 June, Timetables Will Be Adjusted on Several Bus and Trolleybus Routes
Starting Monday, 29 June, on weekdays, and from 4 July on weekends and public holidays, timetables will be adjusted for bus routes 6, 11, 12, 18, 24, 34, 48, 51 and 52, as well as trolleybus routes 3, 4, 11, 13 and 18. The changes have been introduced to better align timetables with actual travel times between stops and to improve coordination between connecting services. The number of scheduled trips on these routes will remain unchanged.
Timetable adjustments will be introduced for the following bus routes:
- Weekdays: routes 6, 11, 12, 24, 34, 51 and 52;
- Weekends: routes 6, 12, 18, 48, 51 and 52.
Timetable adjustments will be introduced for the following trolleybus routes:
- Weekdays: routes 3, 4, 11, 13 and 18;
- Weekends: routes 4 and 18.
In addition, from 4 July, departure times for selected trips on bus route 48 will be adjusted on weekends and public holidays to improve transfer connections with bus route 9 and the first departures of bus route 2. Coordinating the timetables with route 2 will provide passengers travelling from Vecmīlgrāvis with more convenient connections to the Teika, Purvciems and Pļavnieki neighbourhoods.
